OUR JOURNEY

At itkip, we Started our journey with technology consulting, specializing in Enterprise IT Automation, Business Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics and Workflow Management. Our primary focus involved working with venture capital firms to optimize efficiency and bring in practices of Automation and Work Flow Management to acquired interests. We have since expanded our services to training and staffing and now work with companies across the spectrum.  

Along this journey, we acquired a highly effective divested division of Title Search and Abstraction. Our company now encompasses title search examiners, trained by certified title search trainers and come with 15 to 20 years of combined experience having worked with companies such as First American, Fidelity National Title, Stewart Title Company etc. We have a proved process with quick turn-around-times, overseen by independent compliance and quality control, that follows a checklist based quality review before delivery to client. We also have an extensive partner network of ground abstractors, and can process nationwide title search orders.
